The French Tech Brest Bretagne Ouest connects startups, companies and the territory
Certified as French Tech Capital since 2015, French Tech Brest Bretagne Ouest is a driving force behind the vitality of start-ups, businesses and digital players in Brittany. As a territorial hub, our commitment is to create favourable conditions for the birth and development of start-ups that create value for the development of our territory.
This mission is carried out by Technopôle Brest-Iroise, Anticipa Lannion Guingamp and Technopole Quimper-Cornouaille. We work on 4 key areas: encouraging the emergence and growth of start-ups, creating links between start-ups, SMEs and large-sized businesses, identifying talent, and coordinating this ecosystem.
Cornouaille buzzes with a contagious dynamism, fuelled by a range of stimulating initiatives to promote entrepreneurship. Free workshops debunk the challenges of digital technology via the Digital Box events, while our Ouest Startups programme is a catalyst for turning innovative visions into reality. Through the Innov’Klub inspiring meetings, we build a lively network of start-ups, boosting the attractiveness and synergy of our territory.

Innovation is our ambition
The Federation of 7 Technopoles Bretagne, created in 2014 by all of Brittany’s technopoles : Anticipa, Innozh Technopole, Le Poool, Vipe, Lorient Technopole, Technopôle Brest Iroise and Technopole Quimper-Cornouaille, coordinates our actions at regional level and pools our tools to support innovative companies.
This network of local players is a key actor for innovation in Brittany. We are certified by the national RETIS network (incubators, technopoles, CEEI), experts in supporting innovative businesses.
On behalf of the Federation, Technopoles Quimper-Cornouaille and Brest-Iroise provide advice and support to innovative companies in Brittany in their bid for European funding for research and development, and innovation.
Noé Network, supporting the European development of research and innovation in Brittany
The NOÉ Bretagne network brings together around thirty research and innovation organisations in Brittany and operates under the coordination of the Bretagne Region. The European Projects Platform (2PE) – Bretagne and Bretagne Développement Innovation (BDI), as members of the EEN (Enterprise Europe Network), co-manage the network.
The NOÉ Bretagne Network embodies an ambitious vision dedicated to the European development of research and innovation in Brittany. It is committed to encouraging and facilitating access to European funding for companies and research units in Brittany.
